This Information is given to keep you informed on how your personal data are used and the purposes of such processing, as well as how you may view such information and exercise your rights.

e) To allow you to have access and use, according to the applicable Terms & Condition, the Emerson’s online software “SIZEIT!”

Please be aware that providing Emerson Electric Co. with your personal data and your consent to the relevant processing is not compulsory, but your missing prevents Emerson Electric Co. from providing you with the services specified respectively under point a., b., c., d. and e., above, as the case may be. Such data will be processed by the personnel of Emerson Electric Co. in charge of such processing, or appointed as data responsible, or else by persons tasked with our website and systems maintenance activities as may be necessary from time to time and by the Sales & Marketing and IT offices.
In addition, Emerson Electric Co. may share some personal information about you with, or communicate to, other subjects, such as their external providers (for example the IT providers in charge of the maintenance their IT systems) to the extent it is necessary for the purposes for which such personal information have been collected and, if required, to authorities.
